The JSLT-CG-CT3-10B3 is a compact triple-row CT-type steel-backed chain guideway sized to 4-strand ISO 10B-3 roller chain (pitch 15.875 mm). Two-piece assembly: a UHMWPE PE1000 wear-strip carrying 4 chain pockets (5.8 mm wide each) is mushroom-locked into a sealed SS304 rectangular tube (49 × 13 × t1.5 mm). Field-replaceable wear strip — when worn, slide it out the tube end and slide in a fresh one without removing the rail from your machine.

For light food, beverage, and pharma triple-strand lines, the steel backing eliminates pocket creep under chain pull while UHMWPE PE1000 keeps friction at 0.10–0.20 against polished steel — no chain lubrication needed in food-contact zones. The replaceable wear-strip design lets you change worn polymer at scheduled shutdowns instead of swapping the whole rail. SS304 (AISI 304 / EN 1.4301) is fully washdown- and CIP-compatible. Cap overhangs the SS tube on both edges to seal the slot from washdown ingress.
ISO 10B-3 4-strand roller chain (pitch 15.875 mm). Compatible with all chains conforming to ISO 606 / DIN 8187 / BS 228 envelopes, including ANSI #50, BS 10B-3, JIS RC63 equivalents. Roller, plate, and pin geometry of these standards are interchangeable; the JSLT-CG-CT3-10B3 guideway profile accepts any of them across all 4 parallel pockets without modification.
CNC-milled groove with R-radius transitions, surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 µm typical. Polished groove option available for sticky-product lines.
