The JSLT-CG-CT3-12B3 is a mid-duty triple-row CT-type steel-backed guideway matched to 4-strand ISO 12B-3 chain (pitch 19.05 mm — the global workhorse pitch for food, beverage, and assembly conveyors). The UHMWPE PE1000 wear-strip (50 × 20 mm overall) carries 4 chain pockets (4.5 × 10.0 mm), locked into an SS304 tube C4909 via a 23.0 mm slot so the cap overhangs and seals the SS tube from above.

This is the triple-strand rail you'll see in heavy-duty European bottling and assembly plants where chain replacement intervals matter more than initial cost. The SS304 tube takes the chain pull (over 30 kN per strand allowable); UHMWPE only sees abrasion and friction. When the polymer wears out at 18–36 months, slide a fresh strip in from the tube end face — no machine downtime longer than a coffee break, no machining on site. The 10.0 mm shoulder height gives chain plates a dedicated wear surface so they never contact the SS edge.
ISO 12B-3 4-strand roller chain (pitch 19.05 mm). Compatible with all chains conforming to ISO 606 / DIN 8187 / BS 228 envelopes, including ANSI #60, BS 12B-3, JIS RC76 equivalents. Roller, plate, and pin geometry of these standards are interchangeable; the JSLT-CG-CT3-12B3 guideway profile accepts any of them across all 4 parallel pockets without modification.
