The JSLT-CG-CT3-20B3 is a heavy-duty triple-row CT-type steel-backed guideway for 4-strand ISO 20B-3 chain (pitch 31.75 mm — sized for cement, mining, automotive paint-shop, and steel-mill conveyors). The 91 mm-wide UHMWPE wear-strip is mushroom-locked into a 90 × 9 mm SS304 tube; combined chain pull above 200 kN is taken entirely by the SS tube while the polymer rides chain rollers at a 0.10–0.20 friction coefficient with no lubrication.

In abrasive bulk-handling and high-load triple-strand lines, UHMWPE PE1000 outwears AISI 304 by 4–7×. The composite polymer-on-stainless construction gives you the wear life of polymer plus the load capacity of stainless — replacing pure-poly rails (which creep) and pure-steel rails (which need lubrication and abrade chain plates). When the polymer wears, it's slide-out / slide-in replaceable from the tube end face. SS304 meets AISI 304 / EN 1.4301 / DIN 1.4301; UHMWPE conforms to FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 for incidental food contact. Service temperature −200 °C to +85 °C handles cold-room, ambient, and warm cement-line operation without grade swaps.
ISO 20B-3 4-strand roller chain (pitch 31.75 mm). Compatible with all chains conforming to ISO 606 / DIN 8187 / BS 228 envelopes, including ANSI #100, BS 20B-3, JIS RC127 equivalents. Roller, plate, and pin geometry of these standards are interchangeable; the JSLT-CG-CT3-20B3 guideway profile accepts any of them across all 4 parallel pockets without modification.
CNC-milled groove with R-radius transitions, surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 µm typical. Polished groove option available for sticky-product lines.
