This is the triple-strand rail you'll see in heavy-duty European bottling and assembly plants. The 16.5 mm shoulder height gives chain plates a dedicated wear surface so they never contact a steel frame edge — the failure mode that retires chains 18 months before their L10 life. The base width is sized to common DIN 8187 sprocket centres with all 3 pockets pre-aligned; bolt the rails straight to a standard aluminium extrusion grid with no shimming.
