Are your chopping boards FDA and EU certified?
Yes. All of our PE1000 (UHMWPE), PE-HD (HDPE) and PP materials are sourced from virgin resins that are certified food-safe and fully compliant with FDA and EU food contact regulations.
Is PE1000 better than wood?
Yes, wood absorbs water, meat juices and bacteria which easily causes mildew. Polyethylene (PE1000/PE-HD) is completely non-porous, mildew-proof, easily sanitized and extremely durable under cleavers.
Can you add hand holes or juice grooves?
Yes. With our advanced CNC machinery, we customize boards to include carry handles, handle holes, juice grooves, bevelled edges and non-slip rubber pads.
