The JSLT-CG-CK-06B1 is a c-profile cap-retained polymer rail sized to ISO 06B-1 roller chain (pitch 9.525 mm). The CK-series snaps the UHMWPE wear-strip onto a cold-rolled mild-steel C-profile carrier (4 mm wall). Two interlocking dovetails retain the polymer cap; no fasteners. Field-replaceable wear strip slides in from the rail end. Carbon-steel C-channel ships with rust-preventive Zn-plate (8 µm); SS304 carrier is optional for wet/washdown environments.
