The JSLT-CG-CKG-12B1 is a curved c-profile polymer rail sized to ISO 12B-1 roller chain (pitch 19.05 mm). CKG is the CK-series bent to a customer-specified inside radius (R200–R3000 mm typical). Used in horizontal accumulating conveyors, carousel sorters, and any path where chain follows a curved plan-view. Steel C-carrier is cold-rolled to R, then the UHMWPE wear-strip is moulded and milled to the matching arc. Tangent ends transition smoothly into adjacent straight sections.
