The JSLT-CG-U-12B1 is a u-channel uhmwpe slide rail sized to ISO 12B-1 roller chain (pitch 19.05 mm). The U-series uses a tall U-shaped polymer cross-section that fully encloses the chain side-plates. Excellent for inclined or vertical lift conveyors where chain tries to lift off — the U-walls retain it positively. CNC-milled internal pocket profile matches roller envelope to within ±0.2 mm.
