The JSLT-CG-T2-32B2 is a heavy-duty double-row T-profile guideway for 2-strand ISO 32B-2 chain (pitch 50.8 mm — sized for cement, mining, automotive paint-shop, and steel-mill conveyors). The 87 mm base footprint and 30 mm overall height handle combined chain pull above 100 kN without creep, deflection, or stick-slip. Each chain channel is 30 % wider than ISO minimum so abrasive dust does not bridge the pocket and lift rollers off the wear surface.

In abrasive bulk-handling and high-load twin-strand lines, UHMWPE PE1000 outwears AISI 304 steel by 4–7×. Sharing one wide base across 2 strands halves the bolt-down labour vs. 2 separate single-row rails, and guarantees pocket-to-pocket parallelism better than ±0.1 mm over 6 m. Service temperature −200 °C to +85 °C handles cold-room, ambient, and warm cement-line operation without grade swaps. Replaceable wear strip — bolt-down, no machining required on site.
ISO 32B-2 2-strand roller chain (pitch 50.8 mm). Compatible with all chains conforming to ISO 606 / DIN 8187 / BS 228 envelopes, including ANSI #160, BS 32B-2, JIS RC203 equivalents. Roller, plate, and pin geometry of these standards are interchangeable; the JSLT-CG-T2-32B2 guideway profile accepts any of them across all 2 parallel pockets without modification.
