All patented profiles are machined from our in-house UHMWPE compound with verified molecular weight of 8.62 × 10⁶ Da (CTIC report no. CTICAAD39240944050802BR, ISO 1628-3 method). This molecular weight is at the high end of commercial UHMWPE grades and delivers the abrasion resistance, impact strength and low coefficient of friction that the patented geometry was designed to exploit.

Standard inter-chain centres are 35, 50, and 65 mm. Custom centres machined to your DWG within 20-30 days.

What chain pitches does T2 support?

T2 is stocked for 08B-2 (12.7 mm) through 16B-2 (25.4 mm) duplex chains. Larger pitches (20B-2, 24B-2) machined to order.

Can I mix chain types on a T2 profile?

The two pockets can be machined to different sizes (e.g. 12B-1 + 10B-1) for asymmetric drive systems. Specify both chain specs in your quote.

How does T2 compare to two separate single-row guides?

T2 eliminates the cumulative tolerance error of paired mounting — the two pockets are machined in one CNC setup so chain-to-chain parallelism is held to ±0.1 mm over 6 metres. Two separate guides typically accumulate ±0.5-1.0 mm of error after mounting.
