For the most demanding heavy-load conveying — bulk material on triple-strand chains, large carrier platforms, parallel drive systems — the T3 patented profile integrates three precision chain pockets on a single wide UHMWPE base.

Design Principle

T3 extends the T2 concept to three pockets, with a wider base (60-90 mm typical) and reinforced shoulder geometry to handle the increased lateral loads of triple-chain systems. The three pockets are machined in one setup, holding inter-chain parallelism within ±0.15 mm over 6 m.

All patented profiles are machined from our in-house UHMWPE compound with verified molecular weight of 8.62 × 10⁶ Da (CTIC report no. CTICAAD39240944050802BR, ISO 1628-3 method). This molecular weight is at the high end of commercial UHMWPE grades and delivers the abrasion resistance, impact strength and low coefficient of friction that the patented geometry was designed to exploit.
