The JSLT-CG-T3-10B3 is a compact triple-row T-profile chain guideway sized to 3-strand ISO 10B-3 roller chain (pitch 15.875 mm). Its 55 × 10 mm cross-section carries 3 parallel chain pockets (8.9 mm wide each) separated by 2 channels of 7.7 mm — so triple-strand chain runs stay perfectly synchronised, with the same wear life on every strand. For triple-strand packaging lines, mismatched chain wear forces you to replace both rails together to avoid timing drift. The JSLT-CG-T3-10B3 keeps both pockets at identical depth from a single CNC cut, so strand-to-strand wear stays inside ±0.05 mm for the full service life. UHMWPE PE1000's 0.10–0.20 dynamic friction coefficient against polished steel pins eliminates chain lubrication entirely in food-grade installations.
ISO 10B-3 3-strand roller chain (pitch 15.875 mm). Compatible with all chains conforming to ISO 606 / DIN 8187 / BS 228 envelopes, including ANSI #50, BS 10B-3, JIS RC63 equivalents. Roller, plate, and pin geometry of these standards are interchangeable; the JSLT-CG-T3-10B3 guideway profile accepts any of them across all 3 parallel pockets without modification.
