The JSLT-CG-T3-20B3 is a heavy-duty triple-row T-profile guideway for 3-strand ISO 20B-3 chain (pitch 31.75 mm — sized for cement, mining, automotive paint-shop, and steel-mill conveyors). The 91 mm base footprint and 20 mm overall height handle combined chain pull above 150 kN without creep, deflection, or stick-slip. Each chain channel is 30 % wider than ISO minimum so abrasive dust does not bridge the pocket and lift rollers off the wear surface.

In abrasive bulk-handling and high-load triple-strand lines, UHMWPE PE1000 outwears AISI 304 steel by 4–7×. Sharing one wide base across 3 strands halves the bolt-down labour vs. 3 separate single-row rails, and guarantees pocket-to-pocket parallelism better than ±0.1 mm over 6 m. Service temperature −200 °C to +85 °C handles cold-room, ambient, and warm cement-line operation without grade swaps. Replaceable wear strip — bolt-down, no machining required on site.
ISO 20B-3 3-strand roller chain (pitch 31.75 mm). Compatible with all chains conforming to ISO 606 / DIN 8187 / BS 228 envelopes, including ANSI #100, BS 20B-3, JIS RC127 equivalents. Roller, plate, and pin geometry of these standards are interchangeable; the JSLT-CG-T3-20B3 guideway profile accepts any of them across all 3 parallel pockets without modification.
CNC-milled groove with R-radius transitions, surface roughness Ra ≤ 1.6 µm typical. Polished groove option available for sticky-product lines.
