MOQ is 1 piece for custom CNC parts and 1 sheet for standard sheet sizes. We have no minimum value requirement — we serve everyone from R&D prototypers to 40HQ container buyers.
Standard sheets in stock: 3–5 days. Custom thickness sheets: 7–15 days. CNC-machined parts: 10–25 days depending on quantity and complexity. Rush production available for urgent projects.
Yes. Every shipment includes a Material Test Certificate (MTC) showing density, tensile strength, hardness, and other key properties. Food-grade orders include FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, EU 10/2011, and 3-A Sanitary certificates.
DWG, DXF (preferred for 2D), PDF (with dimensions), STEP, IGES, STL. Hand-drawn sketches with clear dimensions are also acceptable for simple parts.
T/T (bank wire), L/C at sight, PayPal (small orders), Alipay, Western Union. 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copy is standard.
Yes. We have shipped to 80+ countries. We can arrange FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW, and DDP terms. For DDP service we partner with established freight forwarders in Europe, North America, and Australia.
Yes — small material samples (100×100mm offcuts) are free, you only cover express shipping. For machined sample parts, the part fee is charged but credited back on production orders.
Selected UHMWPE, HDPE, PP, and PTFE grades are FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and EU 10/2011 compliant. Specify 'food-grade' in your inquiry and we will quote the appropriate grade.
