JSLT supplies a complete range of chemical-resistant engineering plastics - PTFE for the most aggressive media, PP for acid environments, HDPE for general chemical service, and PVDF for high-temperature acidic conditions.

Chemical processing demands materials engineered for specific media at specific temperatures. JSLT provides a tiered selection: HDPE for general acid/alkali service to 80C, PP for acid service to 100C, PVDF for hot acids to 140C, and PTFE for the most aggressive environments to 260C. Free chemical compatibility consultation included.
JSLT supplies the following engineering plastic products for chemical industry operations:
Real installations, real results from our chemical industry customers worldwide.
Up to 70% concentration / 80C: HDPE or PP. 70-90% / room temp: PP. Above 90% or hot: PTFE only. Send concentration + temperature for specific recommendation.
PTFE is the only common engineering plastic that resists HF at all concentrations and temperatures. PVDF resists dilute HF at room temp.
Yes - download our Chemical Resistance Chart (PDF, 80+ media tested) from any product page, or email claire@uhwmpe-produce.com for media not on the chart.
HDPE/PP welded tanks: up to 100,000 liters. PTFE-lined tanks: up to 30,000 liters (limited by PTFE sheet sizes). For larger tanks, we supply lining material; tank fabrication is done locally.
We supply tank lining material (sheet, welding rod, fittings) for local fabrication. We do not export welded tanks (impractical freight). Recommend partnering with local plastic tank fabricator.
HDPE, PP, PVDF, PTFE welding rod available in 3mm, 4mm, 5mm diameters, matching all our sheet colors. Standard 5kg coils.
