UHMWPE and PTFE are both inert to H2S. Most relevant testing standard: NACE MR0175 (Sour Service) for elastomers; UHMWPE/PTFE are not elastomers but are widely used in sour service environments.
UHMWPE: 80C continuous (suitable for shallow wells). PTFE: 260C (suitable for most downhole conditions). For high-temp deep wells (>200C), specify PEEK or polyimide grades.
Standard sizes for 4-1/2", 5", 5-1/2", 6-5/8", 7" drill pipe. Typical wall 12-25mm, length 200-400mm. Custom sizes / flange designs available.
Yes - heavy-duty 50-75mm HDPE mats for fracking site access. Standard 3000x1500mm panels. 30+ million-pound truck traffic per mat without failure.
HDPE and PP resist most fracking fluid components (KCl brine, polymer thickeners, surfactants). For acid stages (HCl), use PP or PVDF.
Drill pipe protectors: 50 pieces minimum. Access mats: 50 pieces (1 truck load). PTFE components: 100 kg minimum.
