From quay-side fenders to offshore platform components, JSLT provides marine-grade UHMWPE and HDPE products engineered for saltwater service, UV exposure, and impact loading. DNV-GL approved manufacturer.

Marine environments demand materials that resist saltwater corrosion, UV degradation, biological fouling, and severe impact. UHMWPE absorbs essentially zero water (<0.01%), provides cushioning impact protection for ship and dock, and outperforms steel and rubber alternatives. JSLT supplies marine fender face pads, dock bumper sections, ship hull rub strips, and offshore platform wear pads to ports and shipyards across 50+ countries.
JSLT supplies the following engineering plastic products for marine industry operations:
Real installations, real results from our marine industry customers worldwide.
Yes - our UHMWPE marine grade is DNV-GL type-approved (Type Approval Certificate available on request). Used in classed vessels and certified port projects worldwide.
Most common: 1000x1500x80mm (medium ports), 1500x2000x100mm (heavy berths), 600x1000x60mm (smaller boats). Custom sizes up to 2000x4000mm available.
UHMWPE has very low surface energy, which inhibits biological adhesion. Some fouling occurs but cleans off easily with water jet. Not a true antifouling material.
15-20+ years in temperate climates, 10-15 years in equatorial high-UV regions. Black UHMWPE contains 2.5% carbon black for UV protection.
Yes - send your mounting flange drawing. Standard hole patterns include M16/M20/M24 countersunk holes at 200-400mm spacing.
Bolted (most common) with countersunk M16-M24 hex bolts and washers. Threaded inserts for blind-side mounting available. Bonding (epoxy) used for small fender pads.
